Q. I've registered and have chosen my Track. Where can I get the downloads for my Track? A. Once you've registered and chosen your Track, go to www.saddleback.com/conferences/twelve/trackdownload.html. Log in using the same login and password that you used when you registered. You will then be able to download whatever outlines there may be for your specific Track. Q. What is the limit on the group license? A. As many people as you can fit in front of one computer, even if you use it to project the session. You will only have access to the sessions in one track per group license, so choose the track that you will want your people to attend. Q. What if I have to miss part of the two-day conference because I have meetings or other interruptions? A. No problem. If you miss a session during the two-day broadcast you can access it and any other session in your registered track over the next 30 days, on demand. Q. What's the format of the interactive discussions during the track sessions? A. You can select any open chat group visible on the right side of your conference page. As chat groups fill up they will be "grayed out" and as you hover your mouse over them you'll see that they say "closed." Questions are posed by the session leaders and your discussion group will then chew on the questions in your chat group. Q. Which event sessions can I access during the on-demand period? A. You will be able to access all sessions in your registered track, plus ALL of the sessions in the Bonus Track. Q. Are there volume discounts? A. We would encourage you to invest in a group license if you will have more than five people attending. This gives you an unlimited number of seats for you to project from one computer. Q. Will there be a time zone adjustment for the different regions of the world that will be participating? A. We have selected an early start in the U.S. Pacific time zone to allow for convenience across a broad swath of the Americas. Some attendees in other continents will make the time available despite the time zone differences, because of the energy and interaction of this global event. Others will elect to attend the event during the on-demand access period. Q. Will there be translation into other languages? A. Not at this time, although we anticipate that many people outside of traditional English-speaking countries will participate because of the global scope of this event. Q. Will Rick Warren be speaking at this event? A. Okay, it's a secret. Don't tell anyone, but we're pretty sure he'll be here. Q. Who are the speakers? A. Most of the speakers are working pastors actively leading small group ministries in churches around the U.S. Each is applying the exponential principles of small group ministry in their church and will bring perspective on what it looks like when principles hit the street in churches of all sizes and worship traditions.
